How we work
A4e works in partnership with over 100,000 employers. We enable people to identify their barriers to employment and then support them while they overcome them and work towards getting a job. And it doesn't stop there. Once in work, our aftercare programme ensures a smooth transition for both employer and Individual.
This is a key part of making sure our clients stay in employment over the longer-term.
Wherever A4e works its approach is similar. We believe that it is only possible to build effective employment programmes by working closely with existing stakeholders to explore local issues. We pride ourselves on recruiting staff who reflect and are part of the local community, which then enables us to create a community-specific programme that will give people the best chance of successfully finding or returning to work.
We ask the unemployed people that we work with three questions:
1. What do you want to do? 2. What is stopping you? 3. What can we both do to get you where you want to be?
Some of the answers are similar, many are different, but this gives us a base from which we can understand aspiration and tailor training and support to address individual needs.
Whatever their background is and whatever their aspirations are, we have the experience and expertise to help. |
